320份住院病历抗菌药物使用情况调查分析

目的分析住院患者抗菌药物使用情况,为临床抗菌药物的合理使用提供参考依据。方法随机抽取2010年1月～2011年10月使用了抗菌药物的病历320份,填写患者基本情况和抗菌药物使用情况调查表,对抗菌药物不合理使用情况进行统计、分析。结果 320份使用抗菌药物病历中合理使用者184份,占57.50%,不合理使用者136份,占42.50%,不合理使用主要表现为选药、疗程、用法用量及联合用药不适宜、无适应证给药等各个方面。结论住院患者的抗菌药物使用存在不合理情况,医院应加强抗菌药物的管理,严格遵守临床药物使用规则,以保证临床用药的安全、有效、合理、经济。

Analysis on the rational use of antibacterials in our hospital

Objective To study the rational use of antibiotics and analyze the rationality of hospitalized patients with antimicrobial use.Methods The medical records of 320 patients discharged in our hospital were statistically analyzed on usage of anti-infective drugs.Results The irrational ratio was 42.5 percentage and rational ration was 57.5 percentage,which manifested mainly as irrational drug selection,irrational cure time,unreasonably medicate,irrational dosage and inappropriate combination of drugs.Conclusion The irrational use of antibacterial of inpatient is existed,which needs supervise and control,to ensure the rational use of drugs.
