腹部X线平片和CT检查对肠梗阻的诊断价值

目的探讨腹部X线平片、CT检查在肠梗阻诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析经手术和临床证实,并行腹部X线平片及CT检查的57例患者的临床资料,对两种检查方法的诊断结果进行比较分析。结果 57例肠梗阻中,肠肿瘤21例,肠粘连20例,麻痹性12例,肠套叠2例,粪石性1例,结核性腹膜炎1例。腹部X线平片诊断40例（70.1%）,CT诊断52例（91.2%）。CT显示扩张肠袢和萎陷肠段间移行区为梗阻可靠征象,CT对绞窄性肠梗阻的诊断优于X线平片（P〈0.05）。结论 CT在诊断价肠梗阻方面较腹部X线平片有更高的准确率和应用价值。

The diagnostic value of abdominal X-ray film radiography and CT on intestinal obstruction

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of abdominal X-ray and CT of intestinal obstruction.Methods 57 cases with intestinal obstruction were compared and analysed.Results Total 57 cases of intestinal obstruction include neoplasm(21 cases),adhesions(20 cases),paralysis(12 cases),intussusceptions(2 cases),bezoar(1 case) and tuberculous peritonitis(1 cases).The accurate diagnosis rates of X-ray and CT were 70.1% and 91.2%.CT shown expansion of collapsed bowel loops and bowel obstruction and reliable for the transitional zone between the signs.CT were superior to X-ray in the diagnosis of strangulated ileus.(P<0.05).Conclusion CT is of important value in diagnosing of intestinal obstruction.
