某市交通警察心理卫生状况与睡眠质量的相关性研究

目的了解某市交通警察心理健康状况与睡眠质量的相关性。方法采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）评定交通警察的心理健康状况,并调查睡眠质量。结果 1737名交通警察,SCL-90总分呈阳性（〉160分）者高达50.5%,阳性比例最高为躯体化因子（48.8%）;睡眠质量好的警察占64.7%,差的占35.3%。睡眠质量差的交通警察SCL-90总均分和各因子得分均高于睡眠质量好的交通警察,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.001）;其中,45%的交通警察主观睡眠质量较差,49.2%入睡时间长,47.2%存在睡眠障碍,25.8%存在日间功能障碍;PSQI各成份与SCL-90各因子间大部分呈正相关（r〉0.3,P〈0.05）。结论交通警察的总体心理健康状况偏差,主要睡眠问题表现为主观睡眠质量较差、入睡时间长和睡眠障碍;睡眠质量与心理状况密切相关,睡眠问题可影响心理健康水平。

The study on relationship between mental health status and sleep quality of traffic police

Objective To study the relationship between mental health status and the sleep quality of traffic police. Method The sleep quality and health status of 1 737 traffic polices from Guangzhou were analyzed using SCL-90 and PSQI. Results 50.5% of the traffic police scored more than 160 points. 35.3% of the traffic police had sleep problems. There are some significant differences between the traffic police who have bad sleep quality and good sleep quality（P〈0.001）. Most of the factors of SCL-90 are correlated positively with the factors of PSQI（r〉0.3,P〈0.05）. Conclusions The traffic police are in a bad mental health condition. Their main sleep problems are subjective bad sleep quality, long time in falling asleep and sleep disorder. The sleep quality is obviously related to the mental health.
