摘 要: | 目的探讨MSCT对隐匿性支气管扩张的诊断价值。方法对22例咳嗽、咳痰、痰血、咯血、反复肺内感染及4例以往诊断为支气管扩张患者,进行CT常规扫描(层厚10mm),再对可疑位置的支气管及周围征象进行薄层骨算法重建(层厚1.25mm)。结果确诊支气管扩张症19例,其中2例疑似肺结核病人明确为支气管扩张;余3例病人中1例为早期中央型肺癌导致咯血;1例肺泡内见少量积血,未见确切支气管扩张征象;1例为先天性肺囊肿。在19例支气管扩张患者中6例为隐匿性支气管扩张。结论 MSCT薄层骨算法重建在临床上对隐匿性支气管扩张有明显的诊断价值。

Abstract: | Objective To probe the values of MSCT for diagnosing occult bronchial dilatation(OBD).Methods 22 patients with cough,expectoration,bloody phlegm,emptysis,and repeated infections in the lungs,and 4 patients with previous occult bronchial dilatation history were scanned with regular CT,then treated with execute thin bone counting construction(depth of stratum:1.25mm) on suspicious locations of bronchia and the peripheral symptoms.Results 19 cases were confirmed with occult bronchial dilatations.Among them,2 patients with suspicious tuberculosis were confirmed as bronchial dilatation.As to the other 3 patients with suspicious tuberculosis,one patients was diagnosed as emptysis due to early central type carcinoma of lung,one patients could be seen having small amount of hematocele inside of the alveolus but without clear symptoms of bronchial dilatation,and one was patients diagnosed as congenital pulmonary cyst.Six out of the 19 cases of bronchial dilatation are OBD.Conclusion MSCT can conduct thin bone counting reconstruction on the basis of regular scanning so that it is obviously advantageous in diagnosing OBD,it is of rather high value in clinical application. |
