摘    要:目的]考察复方扶芳藤合剂现有水提醇沉工艺的合理性。方法]选用HPLC法,以卫矛醇为评价指标,分别测定醇沉后滤液和药渣中卫矛醇的含量。结果]醇沉后滤液中卫矛醇含量比药渣中的卫矛醇含量高,但药渣中卫矛醇含量仍占两部分总量的22.3%-32.6%。结论]为减少卫矛醇的损失,水提醇沉工艺需进一步优化。

Abstract: Objetive] To test the rationality of water extraction and alcohol precipitation technology of Fufang Fufangteng Mixture. Methods] HPLC was adopted and dulcitol was used as evaluation index to test the content of dulcitol in filtrate and dregs. Results] The content of dulcitol in filtrate was higher than that in dregs, but the content of dulcitol in dregs occupied 22.3% 32.6% of the total. Conclusion] In order to decrease the loss of dulcitol, the water extraction and alcohol precipitation technology of Fufang Fufangteng Mixture must be optimized.
