大花龙胆治疗急性咽炎的有效部位研究

摘    要:目的:观察比较大花龙胆醇提物各极性部位对急性咽炎大鼠的治疗效果,筛选大花龙胆治疗急性咽炎的有效部位。方法:采用25%氨水化学刺激致大鼠急性咽炎模型,观察大花龙胆不同极性部位对模型大鼠组织病理形态及血清中IL-10、TNF-α表达的影响。结果:模型对照组大鼠咽喉部粘膜出现明显的病理改变,与模型对照组相比,大花龙胆不同极性部位组大鼠急性咽炎症状均有不同程度的改善,其中大花龙胆正丁醇部位修复大鼠咽喉部病变组织效果明显,可明显减低大鼠血清中IL-10、TNF-α的水平(P0.01)。结论:大花龙胆治疗急性咽炎的有效成分富集在正丁醇部位中最多,为进一步探讨其药效物质基础,可对正丁醇部位进行分离筛选研究。

Abstract:Objective:To screen the effective fraction of Gentiana Szechenyii through comparing their effects of various polar regions in treatment of acute pharyngitis rats.Methods:The effects of different polar regions on the histopathological morphology and serum IL-10 and TNF-α expression in rats were observed by using 25% ammonia chemical stimulation to the rats acute pharyngitis modeL Results:The rats throat mucosa of model control group appeared obvious pathological changes,compared with model control group,Gentiana Szechenyii different polar parts group of rats with acute pharyngitis had different degrees of improvement,in which the pharyngeal lesions were repaired obviously,which could reduce the levels of IL-10、TNF-α in rat serum (P <0.01).Conclusions:The effective components of Gentiana Szechenyii to treat acute pharyngitis were focused on the n-butanol fraction.The separation and screening of n-butanol fraction was studied for further explore of its pharmacodynamic base.
