| 摘 要： | 对中风预测仪检测出的110例中风先兆病人,首选50例(男45例,女5例;年龄61±s 7 a)用倍他司汀及复方丹参联合治疗。另设30例(男25例,女5例;年龄58±s 9 a)单用倍他司丁及30例(男27例,女3例;午龄63±s 6 a)单用复方丹参治疗。结果:全血比粘度(高、低切变)、红细胞聚集指数3项血液流变学改善程度,治疗总有效率及症状缓解率均明显高于后2组(P<0.01或0.05)。

| Abstract: | Tested by computerized stroke forecast of Fozzy method, 110 patients with high risk of apoplexy were divided into 3 groups:(A) 50 patients (M 45, F 5;age 61 ±7 a) were treated with betahis-tine 0.2 g, in 0.9% sodium chloride 500 mL iv drip qd, and compositus Salvia miltiorrhiza(Danshen Co)14 mL in 5% glucose 500 mL, iv drip qd for 14 d as a course X 2 courses.(B) 30 patients(M 25, F 5; age 58 ± 9 a) with betahistine alone. (C) 30 patients(M 27, F 3; age 63 ± 6 a)with Danshen Co only. The results showed that response rate, symptom remission rate and improvement of the hemorheology parameters were significantly superior in group A. |
