| 摘 要： | 经食管实时三维超声心动图(RT-3D-TEE)是心脏超声发展的飞跃,因其操作简单、实时采集、快速成像,可同步显示三维立体影像,在术前诊断、手术方案制定、术中监测及手术效果评价方面均有独特的优势,在心脏瓣膜病变、先天性心脏病和心脏肿瘤等疾病的诊断方面展现出良好的应用前景。本文就RT-3D-TEE在临床的应用情况做一综述。

| Abstract: | Real-time three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography （RT-3D-TEE）is a major advance in cardiac ultrasonography. It can be operated easily,obtain 3D imaging on-line,provide adequate information for preoperative diagnosis,aid surgical plan decison and intraoperative monitoring,and evaluate surgical effect. RT-3D-TEE as a new technique in cardiac ultrasonography has a promising future on the diagnosis for valve diseases,congenital heart diseases,cardiac tumor and so on. This review reveals the clinical application of RT-3D-TEE. |
