优质护理在小儿肺炎护理中的应用体会

目的：探究小儿肺炎患者采用优质护理的措施和护理效果。方法选取2012年3月~2013年9月收治的92例小儿肺炎患者进行护理，随机分组，实验组49例患者给予优质护理模式，对照组43例患者给予常规护理，观察患者的护理效果。结果实验组护理满意度为98.0%，对照组的护理满意度为79.1%，两组患者的护理满意度差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论小儿肺炎患者采用优质护理，能够使患者更加舒适，减轻病痛，有助于身体的恢复。

Application analysis of root canal therapy by Four-hand technique combined with psychological nursing

Objective To approach the application result of root canal therapy by Four-hand technique combined with psychological nursing. Methods To analyze clinical data of 580 cases of root canal therapy in our hospital Department of Stomatology from February 2012 to December 2013, which was to be divided into two groups, usual care group 280 cases and psychological nursing group 300 cases. Results Root canal therapy with the treatment compliance of children with by Four-hand technique of psychological nursing group were better than usual care group, P＆lt;0.05, the difference was statistical significance. Conclusion Acceptance for treatment of children is improved of root canal therapy by by Four-hand technique with psychological nursing, treatment compliance of children is improved, it is worth clilnical promotion.
