| 摘 要： | 抗癌中药复方是中医临床预防、治疗肿瘤的主要途径，明确中医药复方的抗癌机理，则是指导临床用药，发现更有效的抗癌新药的关键。回顾近10年抗癌复方的实验研究，从建立动物模型、提取有效成分、探讨抑瘤作用、调节免疫功能等方面进行总结。

| Abstract: | Chinese herbal compound(CHS) is the main clinical formula of anti-cancer remedies in traditional Chinese medicine.To clarify the mechanism is the key for guiding clinical practice and developing new drugs.The paper reviews the progress of anti-cancer CHC in the past ten years,including the establishment of animal models,isolation of active ingredients,evahuation of anti-cancer effect,and regulation of immune functions,etc. |
