射血分数正常性与异常性心力衰竭的临床特点比较

目的探讨射血分数正常心力衰竭与射血分数异常心力衰竭患者的临床特点及治疗情况。方法对我院2008年7月至2009年6月的心力衰竭患者中EF>50%和EF<50%的临床资料进行对照分析。结果 300例心力衰竭患者中,左室射血分数正常(EF>50%者180例),占60.0%与EF<50%(120例,占40%)的患者相比,患者年龄更大,女性、高血压与糖尿病患者更多,左室相对室壁厚度更大。结论收缩功能正常在中度以上的心力衰竭患者中颇为常见,住院期间病死率与EF降低的心力衰竭患者相近。

Comparative Study of Clinical Characteristics of Heart Failure with Preserved and Reduced Ejection Fraction

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment in heart failure patients with preserved and reduced ejection fraction(EF).Methods Clinical data of patients with heart failure hospitalized from July 2008 to June 2009 were retrospectively analyzed,according to the EF(EF>50% and EF<50%) derived from echocardiography.Results Out of the 300 patients with heart failure,180(60.0%) patients had preserved left ventricular systolic function(EF>50%),in contrast to 120 patients with reduced systolic function(EF<50%).The former subgroup patients were more likely to be older,female,hypertensive,and diabetic,in addition to having a relatively thicker left ventricular wall.Conclusion Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction was very common in Chinese patients,and its in-hospital mortality was comparable to that of patients with reduced EF heart failure.
