| 摘 要： | 我们应用聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）技术，检测临床诊断肺结核菌ＤＮＡ，同时检痰涂片及痰培养结核菌。结果ＰＣＲ的阳性率为７４．３０％，痰涂片阳性率为２．０８％，痰培养的阳性率为７．７０％。经统计学处理，前者均高于二者，Ｐ均＜０．００１。说明ＰＣＲ技术可快速高效检测肺结核病人结核菌的ＤＮＡ。

| Abstract: | PCR was used to examine tubercle bacillus DNA in sputum from 35 patients who were diagnosed as lung TB in clinic practice, together with smear and incubation of sputum. The positive rates of PCR, smear and incubation of sputum were 74.3%,2.08%and 7.7%respectively.Statis tical disposition showed that the positive rate of PCR was higher than that of the other two( P<0.01) , which indicated PCR can examine tubercle bacillus DNA quickly and high-performancely. |
