| 摘 要： | 目的总结新辅助化疗（NCT）在可手术乳腺癌中的应用，研究NCT的安全性，近期疗效及对手术方式的影响。方法对36例I～Ⅲ期乳腺癌患者行NCT的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果全部病例中CCR8例，CPR19例，PCR3例，总有效率为83．3％，且均无明显不良反应。结论NCT安全有效，是治疗乳腺癌的一种重要方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the application of new assistance chemotherapy(NCT) in the surgeriable breast cancer,to study the security of NCT in the near future curative effects and the influence to surgery way.Methods The clinical date of 36 cases with Ⅰ～Ⅲ breast cancer were retrospectively analyzed. Results There are 8 examples of CCR, 19 examples of CPR,3 examples of PCR in the total cases. The total effective rate is 83.3%.There is no obvious side reaction. Conclusion As a result of the safety and effectiveness, NCT is an important way for treating breast neoplasms. |
