丙泊酚配合芬太尼用于无痛人流术的观察及护理

目的探讨芬太尼、丙泊酚用于人工流产镇痛方面的观察及护理等有关问题。方法将220例孕龄6～10周自愿人工流产的早孕者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组(126例)在芬太妮、丙泊酚静脉全麻下行人工流产术,对照组94例不给任何镇痛药物进行常规人工流产术。观察记录两组人流手术时间、疼痛程度、人流综合征反应、术中及术后半小时阴道流血情况。结果观察组人流手术时间(3.5±1.4)min,镇痛效果100%,未出现人流综合征反应,疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01);两组术中出血量无明显改变。同时提出了术前、术中及术后的观察要点与护理。结论丙泊酚静脉全麻下行人工流产手术安全、镇痛、舒适效果满意,护理措施正确及时,是减少人流并发症的关键。

Observation and Nursing of Propofol plus Fentanyl Used in Painless induced Abortion

Objective To evaluate some related problems about observation and nursing of fentanyl and propofol used in painless induced abortion.Methods 220 early pregnancy patients gestation age between 6～10 weeks who were voluntary to accept induced abortion were randomly divided into two groups.The study group （n=126） received induced abortion under intravenous anesthesia induced by propofol plus fentanyl.The control group （n=94）received no any analgesic drug.Operation time,pain degree,seaction of artifrcial abortion syndrome,vaginal bleeding intraoperative and half an hour after operation were observed in two groups.Results Operation time in the study group was （3.5±1.4）min,analgesia effect was 100%,no seaction of artifrcial abortion syndrome occurred,the efficacy was significantly superior to the control group（P〈0.01）.The intraoperative blood loss was no significantly different in two groups.At the same time the important points of observation and nursing in preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative were put forward.Conclusions Induced abortion under intravenous anesthesia induced by propofol is safe,painless,comfortable and effect is satisfactory.Nursing correctly and intime is key to reduce seaction of artifrcial abortion syndrome.
