| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨检测喉不同病变中Ki67的表达情况及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法对40例喉癌、28例喉异型增生、12例喉单纯增生病变组织标本Ki67表达进行检测。结果:人喉癌组织中Ki67指数显著高于喉异型增生、单纯增生(P<0.01),重度异型增生与喉癌无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:Ki67的表达对喉粘膜病变性质的诊断有一定的价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To examine the relationship between Ki67 expression and histological diagnosis in laryngeal diseases.Methods:The expression of Ki67 antigen were evaluated in biopsies of 40 cases with squamous carcinoma,28 cases with dysplasia and 12 cases with epithelial simple hyperplasia by immunohistochemical staining.Results:The Ki67 index was significantly higher in laryngeal squamous carcinomous tissue than that in dysplasia`epithelial simple hyperplasia tissue(P<0.01).Otherwise,no notable difference was found between severe dysplasi tissue and laryngeal squamous carcinomas' tissue(P>0.05).Conclusion:The expression of Ki67 antigen is able to provide useful evidence for determining grade of epithelial hyperplastic lesions of laeyhx. |
