200例未婚妊娠相关因素分析

目的:对未婚妊娠者的相关因素进行分析,为降低未婚妊娠的发生率提供依据。方法:随机抽取要求终止妊娠的未婚女青年200例,进行流行病学调查。结果:影响未婚妊娠有诸多因素,与自身的文化素质,周围环境,性观念,对性知识及避孕知识接受的教育程度等有关。结论:对未婚女青年应加强性知识教育,树立正确的恋爱观和性道德观,减少或避免婚前性行为;对已妊娠者应提供更多的心理支持和帮助,减少非意愿妊娠所造成的伤害。

Analysis on correlated factors of 200 cases of unmarried pregnant young women

Objective:The correlated factors of unmarried young women were investigated to provide evidence for decreasing the incidence of unmarried pregnancy.Methods:200 cases of unmarried pregnant young women randomly selected,who decided to have induced abortions,received epidemiological investigation.Results:Various risk factors were related to unmarried pregnancy: education,environment,sex attitude,knowledge of sex and contraception.Conclusion:Sex education should be reinforced in unmarried young women to help them to establish correct amativeness attitude and sex morality,and to reduce and avoid sexual act before marriage.More mental support should be offered to those who had already been pregnant,and to allay the hurt of unwilling pregnancy.
