| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨内镜下取出小儿上消化道异物时的护理要点。方法 采用小儿纤维胃镜及根据异物的形态与性质 ,选择相应的异物钳。结果 2 6例中食道异物 11例 ,占 42 % ,其余 15例均为胃内异物 ,占 5 8%。结论 经内镜取上消化道异物方法简单 ,创伤小 ,易掌握 ,安全 ,有效 ,成功率高 ,并发症少 ,患儿可免遭外科手术取异物之苦 ,同时节约资金 ,减轻病人负担 ,实为处理上消化道异物的首选方法。

Nursing in the Endoscope Operation Taking out Foreign Body in Upper Digestive Tract of Children:A Report of 26 Cases |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the main nursing in the operations taking out foreign body (FB) in upper digestive tract (UDT) of children. Methods Fibergastroscopes and various foreign-body forceps were determined by the shape and nature of FB. Results In total 26 patients, 11 with esophageal FB (42%), 15 with stomach FB (58%). Conclusions There are lots of merits to take out FB in UDT of children with fibergastroscopes: with small injury, easily mastered, simple and safe, high successful rate, and few complications. The patients should avoid suffering from surgical operations. It is the first choice for the managing of FB in UDT. |
