公安干警预防艾滋病健康教育效果评价

目的评价采用集中方式对公安干警进行艾滋病健康教育的效果。方法随机抽取广州市公安巡警支队干警108名,采用多媒体讲课、发放预防艾滋病健康教育折页、现场提问咨询、观看艾滋病科普知识展览等集中教育方式进行艾滋病健康教育,并在健康教育前后以无记名自填式答卷方式对调查对象艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为等进行对照分析。结果与教育前比较,教育后15项艾滋病相关知识有13项知晓率显著提高,5项对艾滋病的态度及3项与艾滋病相关行为有明显的变化,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用集中教育形式在公安干警中进行预防艾滋病健康教育效果明显。

Effect of AIDS health education for policemen

Objective To evaluate the effect of AIDS health education for the policemen. Methods 108 policemen were collected by random sampling, and given AIDS health education, by the manners of media mix lectures, releasing booklets of the health education of AIDS prevention, inquiring and consultation on the spot, and watching the popular science knowledge exhibition of AIDS, etc. The knowledge rates, the attitude, and the behaviors of the objective were compared by secret self-filled paper before and after the health education. Results Comparing with that before the education, of the 15 AIDS related knowledge items, the 13 items of knowledge rates had obvious increase, the attitudes to 5 items of AIDS related behaviors and the propensities of 3 AIDS related behaviors had remarkable changes, and the differences were significant(P<0.01). Conclusion The effect of health education of AIDS prevention among public security policemen is obvious.
