紫外线消毒无菌室空气效果观察

摘    要:<正> 使用紫外线消毒空气,方法简便,已广泛采用。为了解紫外线对微生物检验用无菌室内空气的消毒效果,我们在现场进行了测定与观察。


OBSERVATION ON EFFICACY OF ULTRAVIOLET IRRADIATION FOR DISINFECTION OF AIR IN MICROBIOLOGICAL LABORATORY
Abstract:The efficacy of ultraviolet irradiation for disinfection of air in microbiological laboratory was determined. The laboratory had a capacity of 15 m~3 and was installed with a 30 W ultraviolet lamp. After disinfection by irradiation for 60 min, sample was taken by 15 min sedimentation on a blood agar plate. The result showed that the number of bacteria in air was reduced by 90.0~93.8% 60 min after cessation of irradiation. But the number increased again gradually thereafter. The disinfection efficacy of new lamp was higher than that of the old one (had been used for 6 years). Increase of number of bacteria was enhanced by running of portable air conditioner. The ozone concentration of air was high after UV irradiation for 60 min and could induce symptoms such as lacrimation, headache and cough. Thereby, it is better to enter the room 1 hr after cessation of UV irradiation.
