摘    要:目的探讨教学路径结合翻转课堂教学法在临床实践教学中的应用效果。方法选取消化内科临床医学专业实习生60名为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,试验组采用教学路径结合翻转课堂教学法,对照组采用传统临床实习带教法。比较两组的教学效果。结果试验组的理论考核成绩、临床技能考核成绩及课堂模式各项满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论教学路径结合翻转课堂教学法在临床实践教学中的应用效果优于传统带教方法。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of teaching path combined with flipped classroom teaching method in clinical practice teaching. Methods Sixty interns of clinical medicine majors in gastroenterology department were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group used the teaching path combined with the flipped classroom teaching method, and the control group used the traditional clinical practice teaching method. The teaching effect in the two groups were compared. Results The theoretical, clinical skills assessment results and satisfactions with the classroom model of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of the teaching path combined with the flipped classroom teaching method in clinical practice teaching is superior to the traditional teaching method.
