未成年人的脑脊液总蛋白质浓度与年龄的相关性

摘    要:目的 探讨脑脊液(CSF)总蛋白质浓度在未成年人中的变化规律及意义。方法 检测413例(16岁以下)无神经系统疾病及其它可引起CSF总蛋白质浓度升高疾病的脑脊液标本的总蛋白质浓度,并进行分组与比较。结果 出生后CSF总蛋白质浓度最高,随后迅速下降,至半岁左右浓度下降变得平缓,在青少年期有轻微增加。结论 未成年人的脑脊液总蛋白质浓度与年龄有高度相关性,因此在判断未成人脑脊液总蛋白质浓度的测定结果时要有特殊性。

Abstract:Objective To explore the variant regulation and importance ofchildren's total proteinconcentration in their cerebrospinal fluid(CSF).Methods Collecting 413 parents(under sixteen years old),and detecting their total protein concentration in CSF.These parents must have not nervous system disease and other disease which can raise the CSF total protein concentration.We divide these parents into different groups and comparewith each other at the same time.Results The total protein concentration in CSF is in the nost level after birth,then declines rapidly.This declining trend becomes gently at six month old and the concentration raises lightly at adolescent.Conclusion Children's total protein concentration in CSF is highly relevant with age.So we should have special standard to judge the detected result of children's total protein concentration in CSF.
