| 摘 要： | 为探讨癌基因Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２蛋白产物的表达与大肠癌的关系，本文应用免疫组织化学法对５５例大肠癌粘膜及３５例正常大肠粘膜的Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２癌基因蛋白产物进行了检测。结果显示，在大肠癌中有４１例（７４．６％）Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２表达呈阳性，而正常粘膜只有１例（２．９％）Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２表达呈阳性，且Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２的表达程度与大肠癌的临床分期（Ｄｕｋｅｓ）、病理组织分化及预后密切相关。提示癌基因Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２蛋白产物的检测可能对判断大肠癌的恶性程度和预后有一定意义。

| Abstract: | The relationship between cancer gene CerbB-2 oncoprotein expression and biological behaviour in carcinoma of large intestine was studied. Expression of C-erbB-2 oncoprotein was studied with immunochemical staining in 55 mucosa of carcinoma of large intestine and 35 mucosa of normal large intestine.The results showed that C-erbB-2 in 41 cases (74. 6%) of carcinoma of large intestine was positive while only that in one case of normal mucosa was positive.So the expression level of C-erbB-2 was closely related to the clinical stage (Dukes), histologic differention and prognosis of carcinoma of large intestine. It was concluded that determination of the level of C-erbB-2 oncoproteinexpression might be helpful to determine the malignant degree of carcinoma of large intestine and have prognosis value. |
