| 摘 要： | 目的探讨雾化吸入对支气管内膜结核治疗的效果。方法将支气管内膜结核患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组。前者给予异烟肼0．1＋糜蛋白酶4000u＋生理盐水5ml雾化吸入每日1次；后者予以生理盐水5ml雾化吸入每日1次。结果治疗组效果有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论雾吸对支气管内膜结核的治疗是有效的。

| Abstract: | Objective To search the effect of atomization inhalation on the treatment of endobronchial tuberculosis. Methods Chymotrypsin and isoniazid were performed in the treatment group and routine therapies were given in the control group. Results There was a significant group difference in the response severity of the treatment ：P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion It is important of Kangfuxing atomization inhalation during the treatment. |
