五水头孢唑啉钠预防肺叶切除术后感染疗效观察

目的：观察五水头孢唑啉钠预防肺叶切除术后感染的疗效。方法：选择208例肺叶切除患者，随机分为两组，每组104例，试验组和对照组分别于术前30min给予五水头孢唑啉钠和头孢唑啉钠各2g，静脉滴注，手术超过3h，重复给药1次。术后每日2次，每次2g，连用7d，进行对比研究。结果：试验组痊愈率75．00％，有效率97．12％；对照组痊愈率59．62％，有效率84．62％。经统计学处理，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。安全性评价：试验组出现不良反应2例（1．92％），头晕1例，皮疹1例；对照组出现不良反应3例（2．88％），头晕1例，胃部不适2例，两组之间比较差异无统计学意义（p〉0．05）。结论：五水头孢唑啉钠较之头孢唑啉钠疗效好，且安全，不良反应少。

The observation on the clinical efficacy of cefazolin sodium pentahydrate for prevention infection after lobectomia pulmonalis

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of cefazolin sodium pentahydrate for preventing and curing the postoperative infection of after lobectomia pulmonalis. Methods ：A total of 208 lobectomia pulmonalis patients were randomly divded into two groups：experimental group （n = 104） and control group （n = 104）. Two group were offered cefazolin sodium pentahydrate and cefamezin at a dose of 2 g preoperatively 30 min,intravenous drip,if the time of operation exceed 3 h,dose once repeatedly. After operation twice a day,for 7 days. Results：At the end of the treatment,the cure rate were 97.12 % （experimental group） and 84.62 % （control group）;the effective rate were 75. 0 0 ~ （ experimental group ） and 5 9. 6 2 % （ control group ） , the difference between them has statistical sense （ P 0.05）. The safety of evaluate ：2 cases had untoward effect, 1 case had dizzy, 1 case had erythra in experimental group 3 cases had untoward effect, 1 case had dizzy, 1 case had stomach discomfort in control group. The incidence of adverse reaction was 1.92 % and 2.88 % ,the difference between them has no statistical sense （P〉0.05）. Conclusion..The ce- fazolin sodium pentahydrate had an excellent clinical efficacy and good safety profile in controlling postoperative infec- tion of lobectomia pulmonalis.
