| 摘 要： | 目的比较宫颈癌术后尿管拔除方法对排尿的影响。方法将宫颈癌Ⅰ期a～Ⅱ期b行根治术患者60例，随机分为实验组和对照组各30例，对照组采用传统拔尿管方法，实验组采用抽出气囊内液休后让患者闩行排尿尿管随尿液滑出的方法。结果对照组尿管拔除时有26例患者出现不适或疼痛，拔尿管后排尿成功率73．33％；刘照组因不采用人为拔除尿竹，故仅有1例排尿时有轻微疼痛，尿管滑脱后排尿成功率9333％。结论长期留置尿管者抽去气囊内液体，尿僻排尿时广自行滑出的方法患者痛苦少，排尿成功率高，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the urination effect of extubation methods after radical hysterectomy of cervical cancer. Methods Sixty cervical cancer cases（Ⅰa- Ⅱ b） were randomly divided into experiment group and control group, each with 30 cases. The experiment group employed traditional extubation method, and the catheter of the control group fell off automatically after urination. Results Twentysix cases of the control group had uncomfortableness or pain, and the success rate was 73.33 %. Only 1 case of experiment group had slight pain after urination, and the success rate was 93.33 %. Conclusion The method of extracting the fluid in balloon and urethral catheter falling off automatically after urination can reduce pain and raise success rate. Therefore it is worthy of clinical application. |
