子宫内膜癌合并糖尿病的护理体会

目的探讨子宫内膜癌合并糖尿病的围术期的护理方法。方法做好术前心理护理，特别要监测、控制好血糖，术后观察病情变化，继续监测好血糖，预防切口感染，做好饮食指导、尿管的护理及出院指导。结果患者未出现并发症，顺利出院。结论对子宫内膜癌合并糖尿病患者进行充分的术前准备和精心的术后护理，监测好血糖，能提高手术成功率，减少术后并发症。

Nursing experience of endometrial carcinoma patients complicated with diabetes mellitus

Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing of endometrial carcinoma patients complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods Good preoperative psychological nursing was conducted, particularly in monitoring, control of the blood sugar, postoperative observation of changes in conditions, continued monitoring of blood sugar, prevention of incision infection, good diet guide, catheter nursing and discharging guide. Results Patients were discharged with no complications. Conclusion Sufficient preoperative preparation, careful postoperative nursing and monitoring of the blood sugar should be conducted to endometrial carcinoma patients complicated with diabetes mellitus, which can improve the success rate of operation and reduce postoperative complications.
