| 摘 要： | 目的探讨负压封闭引流（VSD）技术治疗四肢开放性骨折的护理体会。方法选择56例四肢开放性骨折患者。通过VSD技术治疗后进行有效、正确的护理。结果56例四肢开放性骨折患者伤口均愈合出院。结论临床中VSD技术治疗四肢开放性骨折值得推广，术后有效、正确的护理是确保VSD技术治疗四肢开放性骨折成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the nursing for patients with open limb fractures after treatment of VSD （Vacuum sealing drainage） technology. Methods Fifty - six cases of limb open fracture patients after treatment of VSD technology were nursed effectively and correctly. Results All patients with open limb fracture wounds were healed. Conclusion The clinical treatment of VSD technology for open limb fractures should be promoted. Effective and proper nursing is the key to successful treatment of open limb fractures after treatment of VSD technology. |
