延续护理在出院永久性肠造口患者中的应用

目的探讨延续护理对出院后直结肠癌永久性肠造口患者的作用。方法将2007年以来出院的永久性肠造口患者，按出院日期单双日进行分组，单日出院患者作为延续护理组，有完整回访记录的患者45例；双日出院患者41例作为对照组。延续护理组建立回访档案对患者按计划电话回访进行延续护理；对照组不进行延续护理。3年后对两组患者相关知识认知水平及并发症发生率进行对比。结果延续护理组并发症发生率明显低于对照组，自我认知水平较对照组为高，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论延续护理能有效提高出院永久性肠造口患者的自我认知水平，预防和减少并发症的发生，提高患者自理能力，患者满意度由87％上升至96％。

Provision of continued nursing for discharged patients with permanent stomas

Objective To explore the advantages of continued nursing for discharged patients with stornas. Methods Forty- five cases with permanent stomas discharged on even days in 2007 were provided with continued nursing. Another 41 cases discharged on odd days during the same period without provision of continued nursing care were placed in control group. After three years, patients＇stomasrelated knowledge and stoma complication rates were compared between the two groups. Results The stoma complication rate of the observed group was much lower than that of the control group, and patients in the observation group had more stomas related - knowledge than the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Patient satisfaction rate rose from 87 % to 96 %. It reveals that the continued nursing for patients with permanent stomas can improve patients＇ self- awareness and life quality, and reduce stomas complications.
