| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨小儿脑囊虫病临床和ＣＴ 特点，提高其诊断率。方法 对收治的３４ 例小儿脑囊虫病的临床和ＣＴ 进行回顾性分析总结，加以研究。结果 小儿脑囊虫病ＣＴ 诊断率可达９０ ％ 以上，其典型ＣＴ 表现为低密度囊状病灶，ＣＴ诊断应与脑内化脓性小脓肿，结核瘤等做鉴别，ＣＴ对临床治疗有一定的指导意义。结论 ＣＴ 检查对小儿脑囊虫病的诊断和治疗均有重要的价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical and CT characteristics of cerebral cysticercosis in children and improve the diagnostic rate.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical and CT manifestations in 34 inpatients with cerebral cysticercosis was done.Results The positive diagnostic rate of CT for cerebral cysticercosis in children is above 90%.The typical feature is low density cystic lesions and should be differentiated from small cerebral abscesses and tuberculomas.CT is important in guiding clinical treatment.Conclusion CT examination is valuable in the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral cysticercosis in children.
