| 摘 要： | 对２２０例儿童眼外伤住院病例进行分析的结果表明：儿童眼外伤的发生率占同期住院病人总数的９．１８％，占住院眼外伤总数的２５．５８％，男女之比２．２４：１，以３～６岁年龄组发生率最高，右眼发生率高于左眼。按眼外伤的性质分类，穿孔伤占６４．９％，居首位。本组病例出院时盲目率５１．４８％，提示了眼外伤对儿童视功能损害的严重性。本文还对致伤物的种类、眼部损伤部位及并发症进行了归纳，对儿童眼外伤的特点、治疗及预防措施进行探讨。

| Abstract: | This article reports that ocular injuries of children account for 9.18% of the total hospitalized patients,and 25. 58% of the total hospitalized ocular injury patients. The ratio of male and female patients is 2. 24:1. Children at the age of 3 to 6 are the main sufferers. Injuries of the right eyes are much more common than those of the left ones.About 51. 8% of the children discharged from hospital have their injured eyes blind. In this literature, injurying objects, injured locations, and complications are summarized,and the treatment,prevention and the characteristics of children ocular injuries are also discussed. |
