| 摘 要： | 环磷酰胺０．８～１ｇ加液体静脉滴注，每月１次，共６～８次，治疗５２例难治性肾病综合征，其中４１例具有病理诊断。病例包括男１８例、女３４例；计有激素无效型９例、激素依赖型１６例、反复发作型２７例。治疗后完全缓解３４例（６５％）、部分缓解１４例（２７％）、无缓解４例（８％）。

| Abstract: | The curative effect of 18 male and 34 female patients of refractory nephrotic syndrome was studied. Nine cases had no response to this hormone therapy, 16 cases were hormone-dependent, and 27 cases had recurrent attacks. Forty-one of them went through pathologic diagnosis. After 6 to 8 months' cyclophosphamide intravenous injection, 3.4 cases (65%) got complete remission, 14 got partial remission and only 4 had no response,to this therapy. |
