| 摘 要： | 通过动物实验。观察了碱化解毒液和非碱化解毒液对敌敌畏（ＤＤＶＰ）中毒，１、鼠的解救效果。实验表明，碱化解毒液对ＤＤＶＰ中毒小鼠的解救效果优于非碱化解毒液（Ｐ＜０．０１）。同时．对碱化解磷定溶液和非碱化解磷定溶液的毒性进行了比较。实验表明，其毒性无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。

| Abstract: | Through the animal experiment,Detoxi-fication of Alkalized detoxic fluid and non -alkalized detoxic fluid in treating the rats of DDVPintoxication were observed. The experiment shows that alkalized detoxic fluid is better than non-alkalized one in treating the rats of DDVP intoxication(p<0. 01 ). The toxicity between the solution of the alkalized and non-alkalized pralidoxime iodide were compared and the experiment shows that their toxicity have no difference(p>0.05). |
