| 摘 要： | 笔者对８６例腰椎间盘突出的ＣＴ表现与手术进行对照分析，ＣＴ诊断准确率为９４％，其特征性表现：（１）腰椎间盘后缘局限性软组织密度块影突入椎管。（２）硬膜囊受压移位。（３）神经根水肿或湮没。（４）突出的髓核滑移。（５）脱出髓核的钙化或骨化。（６）碎块形成。同时ＣＴ图像上可清晰显示椎体骨质赘生、椎管或侧隐窝狭窄、黄韧带肥厚、上下关节硬化以及椎间盘真空征等伴随异常。本文对ＣＴ诊断腰椎间盘突出的优点及限度作了简短讨论。

| Abstract: | Features and operations of 86 cases of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc are compared and ayalyzed in this paper. The accurate rate is 94% by CT. In order to get a correct diagnosis,the features of these diseases showing on CT must be paid great attentien The strong point and the Lim it of the diagnosis by CT of prolapse of lumbar int ervertebral disc are discussed in this paper. |
