| 摘 要： | 报告３９例难治性肾病的中西医治疗和随访结果。本组病例均用强的松中长程疗法。强的松要足量、足疗程，减量速度要慢。当强的松减至隔日０．５ｍｇ／ｋｇ时维持治疗９个月至１年后逐渐减量停用。８周内尿蛋白不转阴者，强的松１．５～２ｍｇ／ｋｇ．ｄ，延长至１２周，疗程２年或２年以上。２０例加用中药治疗。难治性肾病病人多有脾气虚、肾阳不足，选用生黄芪、党参、仙灵脾，山药、补膏脂等，以健脾益肾。另外，这些药都有促激素释放，提高免疫功能预防感染的作用。本组病例表明，加用中药可减少复发及感染。

| Abstract: | This article reports the use of the combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine in treating retractory nephroses and the follow-up survey results. The application of prednisone should have a continuous medium-term or long- term course of treatment. And prednisone must be used in full dose and in full course of treatment. The Chinese herbs such as dangshen, Chinese yam, psoralea can be used to strenthen the spleen and kidney and to promote the immunologic function. |
