| 摘 要： | １２例中心型肺癌作微波治疗，腔内肿瘤缩小６０％以上的９例，３例肺不张完全复张，４例阻塞性肺炎３例消散，１例明显好转，４例胸片病灶缩小，病人喘息缓解。表明此法有使肿瘤组织坏死，缓解气道阻塞症状的作用。

| Abstract: | cases of central type pulmonary carcinoma were treated with mi-crowave.The endoscopic check showed partial remission of endobronchial tumors oversixty percent in 9 cases.In 3 cases the atelectatic lung or lobe reexpended.In 4 casescomplocated with obstractive pheumonia.3 cases disappeared and 1 case improved signif-icantly.In 4 cases the tumor mass regressed radiographycally. All patients showed re-duction of dyspnea.This result suggests that the microwave treatment can cause tumornecrosis and possesses beneficial in improving the obstructive symptoms of airway in thepatients with central type carcinoma of lung. |
