| 摘 要： | 采用钢板内固定治疗２０１例股骨干骨折，愈合率为８３．６９％．延迟愈合率为８．９％．再骨折及骨不连７．４％。其中２９例开放骨折急症行清创内固定术．伤口一期愈合率为９３．１％．无１例感染．提示开放骨折使用内固定有利于感染的控制；对４５例严重粉碎骨折采用双钢板内固定．复位固定满意。愈合良好．优于其他治疗方法；本组２０１例中．１４例术后钢板断裂．其主要原因为钢板安放位置不当和伤肢过早负重。

| Abstract: | Two hundred and one cases of fracture of femoral shaft were treated with the use of internal fixation with steel plate. The healing rate is 83. 6%, the malformation rate is 3. 5%, the disconnection rate is 7. 4%. Among them, first stage is 93%, with no infections. This shows that the internal fixation with double steel plate can effectively control infection. The internal fixation with double steel plates in creating 45 cases of serious comminuted is also analyzd in this literature from the biomechanical point of view. |
