| 摘 要： | 本文对１２０例骨盆骨折并发症的治疗进行了讨论。髂内动脉结扎是抢救出血体克的有效措施之一；结扎后仍有出血者，结合填塞止血仍可奏效；可结扎有关的侧支与分支，腹膜后血肿可采用非手术治疗，开腹探查仅在有严格指征下进行；尿道断裂病人以一期做膀胱造瘘，二期行尿道成形术为宜，本组对合并膀胱、直肠及子宫破裂的处理得到有关科室协助均收到良好的结果。

| Abstract: | The treatment of 120 cases of complications of pelvic fracture is discussed in this literature. Arterial ligation has proved to be effective in treating hemorrhagic shock. Packing hemostasis can works. well if bleeding continues after the ligation. Non-surgical treatment can be used to the patients of retroperitoneal hemorrhage,and exploratory laparotomy can be performed only under strict indication. And the cases of urethral rupture can receive fistulization at the first stage and urethroplasty at the second stage. |
