| 摘 要： | 本文分析了５１例高危孕妇胎儿监护为频发迟发减速、重度变异减速、胎心率基线变异消失的临床资料，围产儿死亡率为７８．４‰，４７．１％的新生儿窒息，剖宫产率达５２．９％。这三种图形的出现对母儿危害较大。本文就这三种图形的意义及处理进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the monitoring of 51 cases of high risk fetuses. These cases have the clinical characteristics of the recurrent and delayed deceleration,the severe variation deceleration and the disappearance of fetal heart rate base line variation. The mortality of perinatal fetuses was 78. 4 %. About 47 % of the new-borns sufferred from suffocation. The rate of the cesarean sections is 52. 9%. The three patterns did great harm to the mother and her fetus. The significance of these patterns and the treatment are also discussed in this literature. |
