| 摘 要： | 应用粟氏ＦＭＵ—５型脑脊液（ＣＳＦ）细胞玻片离心沉淀器，对３５例结核性脑膜炎（结脑）患者进行了４４次ＣＳＦ细胞学检查，结果显示细胞学变化主要呈现为混合型细胞反应（８１．８％），其中嗜中性粒细胞为主的混合型反应占１５．９％，淋巴细胞为主的混合细胞反应占６５．９％。其它转化型淋巴细胞反应占６．８％，单核吞噬细胞反应者占１１．４％。淋巴样细胞及浆细胞是结脑的特征性细胞，本组出现率分别为７９．５％和２９．５％。ＣＳＦ细胞学检查对了解结脑患者的中枢神经系统免疫功能有帮助，是结脑早期诊断和病情监护的良好手段。

| Abstract: | Thirty-five cases of tuberculous meningitis received CSF cytological examination 44 times by using Su's FMU-5 type CSF cell slide centrifugal precipitation pump.The results show that mixed cell reaction is the main cytological change (accounting for 81.8%). Among these mixed reactions, granulocytic reactions account for 15. 9%,lymphocytic reactions 65. 9%, transformational lymphocytic reactions 6.8% and the mononuclear phagocytic reaction 11. 4%. So,the lymphoidocyte and plasmocyte are the characteristic cells of tuberculous meningitis. CSF cytological examination plays an important role in the early diagnosis and monitoring of the tuberculous meningitis and helps to decide the immunity of the central nervous system as well. |
