社区健康教育对高血压患者治疗效果观察

目的]探讨社区健康教育对高血压病患者生活方式、治疗率、血压控制率及并发症发生率的影响。方法]将356例高血压病患者随机分为健康教育组和对照组,均接受临床常规药物治疗;前者接受健康教育,后者不接受社区健康教育。通过随访,比较2组患者在生活方式、治疗率、血压控制率及并发症发生率方面的变化。结果]教育组在吸烟、饮酒、低盐饮食、体育锻炼、治疗率及血压控制率等方面较干预前均有明显改善,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义;经干预后,教育组并发症发生率(48.5%)低于对照组(56.2%)(P<0.01)。结论]社区健康教育在高血压病防治工作中可起到重要作用,且易于实行,应大力进行推广。

Observation on effect of health education in community to result of treatment on patients with hypertension

Objective] To study the effect of health education in community to the lifestyles, the rate of pharmacological treatment, and the incidence of complication among patients with hypertension. Methods] 356 patients with hypertension were divided randomly into two groups： the control group was treated by routine pharmacological therapy and the education group besides the same treatment was given intensive health education such as the change of lifestyle. During a follow - up period, the condition of lifestyle, the rate of pharmacological treatment, rate of controlled blood pressure, and incidence of complication of the two groups were analyzed. Results] In education group, the rate of smoking, intake of alcohol and salt were lowered, while physical exercise, regular pharmacological treatment, rate of blood pressure control were improved after intervention. The difference were significant before and after intervention, and between education group and control group （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ] Intensive health education is an important measure in prevention and treatment of hypertension in community.
