益生接骨颗粒对肾虚骨折家兔骨痂骨矿成分的影响

摘    要:目的:观察益生接骨颗粒对肾虚骨折家兔骨痂骨矿成分的影响.方法:24只家兔造成桡骨中段0.7 cm缺损并分成三组,肾虚组动物口服泼尼松造成肾虚证,实验组动物口服泼尼松加益生接骨颗粒,对照组常规饲养.2、4、6周用DEXA法分析骨痂矿盐含量和密度,6周用生化分析法测定骨痂钙、磷含量.结果:4、6周时对照组和实验组动物骨痂矿盐含量和密度指标均高于肾虚组,6周骨痂钙、磷含量高于肾虚组.结论:泼尼松致肾虚对骨痂的矿化有明显的抑制作用,益生接骨颗粒可拮抗肾虚引起的矿化抑制作用、促进骨折愈合.

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of "YISHEN JIEGU KELI (YJKL)" on rabbits callus mineral components in animal fracture models with SHENXU (kidney deficiency).Methods:0.7 cm middle radial defeats were surgically made in 24 rabbits,which were divided into three groups by randomly.Rabbits of the SHENXU group and YJKL group in both of them Prednisone were used to produce SHENXU,and the control group were raised with routine feeding without receiving Prednisone,the YJKL group were treated with YJKL and other two group without treated.Assaing the callus mineral content and density by DEXA at 2rd,4rd,6rd week,and the content of Ca,P in callus by analytical at 6rd week.Results:The indices of mineral contents and density in the YJKL group and the control group were significantly higher than the SHENXU group (P<0.05),and the content of Ca,P were significantly higher than the SHENXU group at 6rd week (P< 0.05).Conclusions:Fracture healing inhibited by Prednisone,YJKL could antagonized this inhibition and improved the process of mineralization.
