| 摘 要： | 糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）西医以控制血糖和眼底视网膜激光光凝为主，可归属“内障”、“视瞻昏渺”、“暴盲”。本于阴虚燥热，脉络失养，本虚标实。中医临证，以人为本，谨守病机，辨证论治，标本谦顾，临床效果良好。

| Abstract: | Diabetic Retinopathy （ DR ）, Western medicine mainly in controlling the blood glucose and retinal laser photocoagulation, Attributed to ＂Caligo lentis＂,＂Blurred vision＂,＂ Sudden blindness＂ .Due to Yin deficiency, choroidal dystrophy, deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical, people-oriented, keeping pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation, Specimens of Qian Gu, have a good clinical effect. |
