重庆市社区人群卫生服务需求调查及分析

目的 了解社区居民健康状况、卫生服务需求,为开展社区卫生服务提供依据.方法 采用分层整群抽样方法,对13 577名居民进行入户调查.结果 高血压患病率为13.36%,居第一位,其次为慢性支气管炎(4.55%)、冠心病(3.80%)、糖尿病(3.51%)、骨关节病(2.48%);居民医疗费用负担形式:42.5%居民为自费,46.2%人享受医疗保险;居民经常就诊医院:社区卫生服务中心(站)41.27%,市级医院24.95%,区级、厂矿医院14.84%,私人诊所11.54%;选择医疗单位就诊主要原因:医疗技术好28.25%,服务态度好25.12%,合同单位22.44%;社区卫生服务项目需求最高的是健康咨询(57.98%),其次是定期健康体检(26.20%);居民2年内做过全面健康体检者2 965人(21.84%);未做检查的原因主要为无人通知(62.44%)、不知道需要检查(26.27%)、不愿意检查(9.38%)等.结论 针对社区居民健康状况和卫生需求应广泛开展健康教育和健康促进;社区医护人员应开展针对性社区卫生服务项目,以实现"小病在社区、防病在社区、健康在社区"的发展目标.

Investigation and analysis of health service needs among community inhabitants in Chongqing
