摘    要: 目的改进单磷酸阿糖腺苷的合成工艺。方法直接以阿糖腺苷为原料,对其进行磷酸化,经过精制纯化,得到单磷酸阿糖腺苷。结果单磷酸阿糖腺苷经紫外、核磁、质谱等证实。结论本法原料易得,操作简单,总收率高,是理想的工业化生产路线。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To improve the synthesis methods of vidarabine monophosphate.METHODS Vidarabine monophosphate was synthesized by vidarabine phosphorylation directly in the present of pyridine and acetonitrile.The pure products were obtained by crystallization.RESULTS The structure of vidarabine monophosphate was confirmed by UV,NMR and MS analysis.CONCLUSION This method is suitable for industrialization,with high yield the materials are easily obtained with high yield.
