基层医院留置导尿相关并发症及防治

目的探讨留置导尿应用留置导尿术中遇到的相关问题及对策。方法对自2006年1月至2009年1月在我院门急诊及住院病房中采取气囊导尿管留置导尿的180例患者进行回顾性分析。结果留置导尿中遇到的相关问题如置管困难，尿道损伤，尿路感染，漏尿，膀胱痉挛，拔管困难等各种情况经及时处理，能有效治疗及解决。结论对医护人员进行气囊尿管常识的普及教育，正确掌握导尿方法及意外情况的处理，可有效减少留置导尿相关并发症。

Indwelling catheterization-related complications and prevention in community hospital

Objective To investigate the application of indwelling catheterization encountered related problems and countermeasures. Method retrospective analysis on 180 cases who adopts the indwelling catheterization in Out-patient and emergency in my hospital Since January 2006 to January 2009. Results Catheterization-related problem encountered difficulties such as the difficulty of Inserting the catheter, urethral injury, urinary tract infection, leak, bladder spasm, the difficult of drawing out the catheter, These situations all obtained the effective resolution and the treatment. Conclusion universal education of Balloon catheter knowledge to the medical staff, the correct way to grasp the catheter and deal with unforeseen circumstances, which can effectively reduce the catheterization- related complications.
