自制鼻腔通气止血气囊治疗鼻后部出血60例报告

目的探讨鼻后部出血使用通气气囊止血的效果。方法60例鼻后部出血患者均采用自制鼻腔通气止血气曩充气止血。结果60例中，一次止血成功者50例。显效率达83％，二次以上止血成功者10例，有效率达17％，治愈率100％。结论气囊止血法制作简便，易于操作。且可反复使用，患者痛苦小，止血效果理想，易一次达到止血目的，尤其适用于高龄或(且)有全身性疾病的鼻后部出血患者；进一步减少了传统纱条或纱球填塞而导致的心脑血管意外的发生。

Report of 60 cases with posterior nasal hemorrhage treated with self-made nasal cavity ventilation hemostasis air sac

Objective Inquire into the hemostasis method to posterior nasal hemorrhage with the ventilation air sac.Methods 60 patients posterior nasal hemorrhage all adopt the self--made nasal cavity ventilation hemostasis air sac. ResultsIn 60 cases, there were 50 cases who succeeded hemostasis once, the obvious effective rate was 83% and there were 10 caseswho succeeded hemostasis twice, the effective rate was 17% and the cured rate was 100%. Conclusion The method of self-made air sac hemostasis is simple on operation. Repeatedly using it, the patients suffer from less pain. The hemostasis effectis ideal and easy to reach the hemostasis purpose for one time. Especially it's suitable for the patients old or suffering fromsystemic disease posterior nasal hemorrhage, and further to reduce the traditional shortcoming with yarn ribbon or yarn ballfilled to avoid cardio cerebral accident.
