| 摘 要： | 目的 :评价可达龙抗快速室上性心律失常的疗效及安全性。方法 :对 2 2 0例经心电图或心电监护确诊为快速室上性心律失常的病人 ,随机分为治疗组 (可达龙组 ) 10 0例 ,对照组 (心律平组 ) 12 0例以评价临床疗效。结果 :治疗组有效率 94% ,对照组有效率 67% ,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :可达龙对快速室上性心律失常的控制较心律平更为安全可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate Amiodarone treatment in rapid supraventricular arrhythmia(RSA),including,effectivity and safety. Methods: 220 cases RSA, confirmed by ECG, were studied by dividing into two groups randomly (Amiodarone group 100 case, Propafenone group 120 cases).Results: The effective rate was 94% in Amiodarone group, and 67% in Propafenone group (distinct difference,P<005). Conclusion: Amiodarone is more effective and safer than Propafenone in the treatment of RSA. |
