纳洛酮治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床疗效

目的：观察纳洛酮治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取2013年3月～2014年3月58例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象，并分为对照组27例和观察组31例。其中对照组给予基本综合治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加纳洛酮进行治疗。对比分析两组患者治疗前后静脉血PaCO2、PaO2的变化。结果治疗后，观察组平均PaCO2低于对照组，两组PaCO2间的差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；而观察组平均PaO2高于对照组，两组治疗后PaO2间的差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；对照组、观察组总有效率分别为70.1%、93.5%，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论纳洛酮治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床疗效显著，能有效降低PaCO2，提高PaO2。

Clinical effect of Naloxone in treating patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and type 2 chronic respiratory failure

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Naloxone in treating patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and type 2 chronic respiratory failure.Methods 58 cases of patients selected in our hospital with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and type 2 chronic respiratory failure were divied into two groups as different therapies. 27 cases of the control group were given ＆quot;basic comprehensive treatment＆quot;, while 31 cases of the observation group were given naloxone on the basis of the treatment of the control group . Then compared the venous blood PaCO2, PaO2 changes of the two groups.ResultsAfter different treatment, the PaCO2 of the Observation group is lower than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was sinificant（P〈0.05）; But PaO2 of the observation group was sinificantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The total efficacy of control group（70.1%）was lower than that of the observation group（93.5%）.The difference was sinificant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Naloxone could help to treat the in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with type 2 chronic respiratory failure, and can help to reduce PaCO2 and improve PaO2 effectively. .
