综合护理干预对宫颈癌根治术后患者膀胱功能恢复的影响

目的探讨综合护理干预对宫颈癌根治术后留置导尿患者膀胱功能恢复的影响。方法将2012年1月至2013年7月在第二军医大学长海医院行宫颈癌根治术的82例患者按入院时间顺序分为对照组38例和观察组44例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采取综合护理干预:膀胱功能锻炼、监测尿量和护患共同管理,比较两组患者术后的膀胱功能恢复情况。结果观察组患者拔除尿管后的残余尿量及尿潴留发生例数均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05或P0.01)。结论综合护理干预对宫颈癌术后膀胱功能的恢复有积极作用,值得临床推广。

Effects of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Bladder Function Rehabilitation in Patients after Radical Operation of Cervical Cancer

Objective To discuss the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on bladder function re‐habilitation in patients after radical operation of cervical cancer .Methods Chose 82 patients who receive radical operation of cervical cancer in our hospital during January 2012 to July 2013 ,and divided them into control group（n=38） and observation group（n=44） .The control group was treated by the routine nursing care ,while the treatment group receive comprehensive nursing intervention measures such as bladder func‐tional exercise ,monitoring urine output and the nurse and patient joint management .The postoperative bladder function rehabilitation situation was compared between two groups .Results Residual urine volume and the incidence of urinary retention were both lower in the treatment group than those in the control group（P〈0 0.5 or P〈 0 .01） .Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention has positive effect on bladder function rehabilitation in patients after radical operation of cervical cancer ,which is worthwhile for clinical practice .
