腹腔镜疝修补术与传统疝修补术治疗复发疝临床疗效比较

目的：探究腹腔镜疝修补术与传统疝修补术治疗复发疝的临床疗效差异。方法研究对象是2012年2月～2014年2月接受治疗的90例复发疝患者。应用随机数字表法则分为治疗组和对照组，各45例，分别进行腹腔镜疝修补治疗和传统疝修补治疗，观察临床效果。结果治疗组45例患者的住院时间、手术时间、术后排气时间、术中失血量等均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论腹腔镜疝修补术具有手术简单、手术时间短、安全可靠等优点，而且由手术引起的并发症少，手术创口恢复快，患者满意度较高。

To compare the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic hernia repair techniques and traditional hernia repair technique in the treatment of recurrent hernia

Objective Explore the differences of clinical efficacy for recurrent hernia between laparoscopic hernia repair technique and traditional hernia repair technique.Methods The research object were 90 cases of recurrent hernia patients which were treated in February 2012 to February 2014. They were divided into two groups according to the method of random digits table： the treatment group and the control group, each group of 45 cases. The two groups were treated by laparoscopic hernia repair technique and traditional hernia repair technique, respectively, observed two groups of clinical effects.Results The hospitalization time, operation time, postoperative exhaust time, intraoperative blood loss of the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic hernia repair techniques has many advantages, such as simple operation, short surgical time, safe and reliable, it＆#39;s less operation complications, faster recovery speed of operation wound, higher patient satisfaction.
